Most stores can't say why a price is what it is.

A bulk edit last spring. A vendor price list nobody opened. A sale that never ended. At a few hundred products you can remember. At nine thousand nobody can.

Every product has exactly one set price.

Four things can rank a product's price: a fixed price you pinned. A sale or clearance plan. Your everyday markup. The price it already had. The first one that applies wins, so you always know which price is live.

Can I price from my cost and from my current prices?

Yes. A plan can start from your cost, like cost plus 40%. Or from the price a product already has, like 20% off for a clearance.

Use a percentage or a fixed dollar amount. You can also set a different markup for each cost range, so a $10 item and a $1,000 item each get the margin that suits them.

Does it work with products that have variants?

Yes. Every variant gets its own price.

You can also set what each option adds, like a bigger size or a protection plan. You see every combination it changes before you save.

Can I undo more than one price change?

Yes. Every update is saved with the price each product had before it. Undo a whole update in one click, whether it changed one price or thousands.

The undo is recorded too, so you can always see what changed and who changed it.

What happens if someone changes a price directly in Shopify?

StorePricer notices a price it did not set and holds that product. No plan will change it until you decide.

Keep the new price and it becomes a fixed price. Or put back the price your plan sets.

Can I build a plan from tags or custom metafields?

Yes. Pick products by tag, metafield, vendor, product type, collection, title, SKU, price or cost.

Combine them any way you need. For example: vendor is Sony and tag is holiday but not clearance. Every product shows why it matched.

Do I have to approve every price change?

No. You approve a new plan once, before it changes anything.

After that, when a supplier changes its costs, prices on that plan follow automatically. No approval needed.

Does StorePricer use AI?

Yes, for competitor analysis. It is coming soon.

AI compares your prices with similar listings and suggests a plan when yours are out of line. It never changes a price on its own. You see the suggestion and approve it or dismiss it.

What else does it change in my store?

Nothing else. It only ever changes two things in Shopify: prices and costs. Every change is double-checked in your store after it is made.

Does it run inside my Shopify admin?

No. StorePricer is its own site that connects to your Shopify store. You sign in there to build plans, approve them and see every change.

When can I use it and what will it cost?

StorePricer is not open yet. Launch timing and pricing are still being set.

Join the waitlist and you will hear about both first, along with early access.
